Brookside Gardens Oil Painting

Brookside Gardens in Montgomery County is a lovely botanical garden that is part of Wheaton Regional Park. Herb and I used to live about a block away some twenty-five years ago when I was just starting out painting plein air. I used to paint watercolors there in all seasons, and had my first solo how in the lobby of their green-house. Recently I went back to meet an old friend who lives in the neighborhood, and since it was a gorgeous summer morning, I took the opportunity to paint there again for old time's sake.
